This raw honey is locally produced in Hudson, IL from a wide selection of wildflowers in the area. Being raw, it has never been exposed to heat or super-filtration that would degrade some of its health benefits. Still contains traces of local pollen to help with seasonal allergies. This honey is the exact same honey offered in our smaller jars. The bulk quantity is great for brewing, baking projects, or simple use.
