This maple butcher block measures 21 inches by 13.25 inches and is 1.375 inches thick. It is made of end-grain hard maple and walnut. Both of these woods are excellent for cutting boards and are very durable in the end-grain orientation. A top choice for chefs and commercial kitchens!
